Founded in July 1971, Scott Fencing Limited was formed to service the North East construction industry and has continued to do so ever since, providing first class workmanship and service.

Our database of main clients has expanded over the intervening years to include a number of the most successful house builders currently operating in the area. We also have a number of schools and contractors, as well as local authorities that we work on behalf of and we also undertake private contracts when the opportunity arises.

Within our labour force we have a core of long term employees who provide second to none service and a quality finish to all of our products.

As well as the supply and erection of timber and security fencing, we also supply materials to the public direct from our premises in Brunswick village.

Do not hesitate to contact us with any enquiry you may have.

Here at Scott Fencing, we feel that it is important to consider the environment in everything that we do. This means that we make sure to source our timber from suppliers that operate in a sustainable way. This is achieved by only using timber from

FSC ® (Forest Stewardship Council®) certified forests. The majority of the suppliers that we use make sure not to waste any part of the tree using everything right down to the sawdust!

Who are the FSC ® (Forest Stewardship Council®)?

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an independent, non-governmental organization established to promote the responsible management of the world’s forests. Since FSC’s Founding Assembly held in Toronto in 1993 and its first certificates issued, a lot has been accomplished and much more needs to be done. In 25 years FSC has certified over 200 million hectares of forests, in over 80 countries worldwide.
